If you have accidentally deleted a document, asset, item or folder, you can restore it using the "Recycle Bin" window. This can be found in the sidebar on the left.

Restore element

To do this, click on the accidentally deleted item and select "Restore" from the top menu bar.

Empty Recycle Bin

If you want to remove all deleted items from Pimcore definitively, click on the "Empty Recycle Bin" button in the top menu bar. We recommend that you do this from time to time so that files that are no longer needed do not take up unnecessary storage space.

Permanently delete element

If you only want to permanently remove one element from Pimcore, select the element and then click on the "Delete" button in the upper menu bar or on the red circle with the white × at the end of the "element line".
