In an open document you will find the "Properties" tab in the upper menu bar. You can add a new property there, but it will not be used without implementation of a developer.

Here you can change the display name in the navigation on the right. You can also hide the page completely from the navigation. This function makes sense for an error page, for example. To do this, check the box "Exclude from navigation".
